While it can sound all fine and good to secure an operating lease so that you can write off all the payments, make sure that the total financing process is going to meet your objectives.
For instance, an operating lease has to provide you with the opportunity to give the assets back at the end of the lease term if you so choose. But if you want to retain the use of the assets or purchse them, is the process and cost for doing this clear before you sign the equipment Leasing agreeement, or will you have to wait to the end of the term to figure it out?

My mother called me this afternoon to tell me that she wanted me to come over and see her new car. When I got there, I could hardly believe what she was able to purchase for herself. I am so desperately grateful to the friend who pointed me to a Loan modification service that operates in our area. I had thought that I had no options at all left when it came to saving my home, and I was really becoming very depressed about it. Without the help that I am getting now, I think that I might very well have fallen apart in despair. As it is, though, I am really starting to have hope again.

My husband and I are both in our forties and we feel that it is very important for us to plan for our future retirement.
