You can’t build a real plan for repairing your credit without first taking a look at your credit report. Any credit improvement planning has to involve looking at your credit report, because it makes up all the aspects of your financial history, and because it is what is used to calculate your credit score. If you want to be high up on the credit score scale then you need to look at your credit report, which you can do for free online once a year, and mark it up pointing out areas that you can repair, and areas where you should build some new history to get a good rating.
