Building a Credit Repair Plan With Your Credit Report

The first thing you need to do with any credit repair plan is look at your credit report. You can do this for free online once a year, so there’s no reason not to do this other than to protect your ego. You’re going to have to deal with your emotional fears about your finances straight off if you’re going to get anywhere, so you might as well go ahead and pull it up. Look over your report and mark up your past mistakes, and areas that seem very blank, and use this to help you build a plan to move up the credit score scale.
